All of our neighbors are quiet and pleasant. This house was built in 1957 with quality. The inside of the home has beautiful hardwood floors throughout the main level. The two bedrooms upstairs have ceiling fans in both. Large living and dining area with a beautiful galley Kitchen. There is a beautiful mantle and stone work on the upstairs fireplace that makes the living room inviting. The house is wired for flatscreen tvs and a wireless network so you can use internet anywhere in the home with the provider of your choice. The bathroom has tub and shower and 2 basins and has recently updated woodwork that matches the remodeled kitchen and fireplace. Kitchen has gas stove, built in microwave and enough cupboard space to make your friends jealous. Two bedrooms upstairs. The basement is fully finished with 2 bedrooms, a large family room with a second fireplace, the laundry room and lots of storage space. The largest bedroom downstairs served as our master bedroom because it's huge and has a very large closet. The laundry area is also wired for a freezer which we used. AC is upstairs. All new insulation was added in the attic in 2012 keeping the house nice and comfy all year round. The basement never gets hot enough to need the AC but it is heated. New energy rated vinyl windows were installed throughout the whole house in 2011. Great neighbors on every side. New Water heater, New Gas Furnace and optional gas dryer.
